Abstract:
The separation of gases by membrane is an important technology in gas separation field. To fully exploit the application opportunities on industrial scale, more researches focus on new membrane materials that can comply with current requirement. The recent studies carried out to enhance the performance of CO2-selective membranes for gas separation will be discussed in the subsequent sections. The selective strategies of membrane materials for commercial applications are discussed, and the directions for further improvement of the membrane performance are suggested.
