Abstract:
The techniques including adjusting values of pH, adding Na2S,FeSO4, aluminum polychlorid(PAC) and polyacrylamide(PAM) in sequence were deep researched in detail to efficiently remove Lead and Cadmium ion in concentrated water from reverse osmosis effluents during treating wastewater of lead acid battery. The results showed when the values of pH, the added doses of Na2S,FeSO4,PAC and PAM were respectively equaled to 9.5,200 milligrams,50 milligrams ,10 milligrams and 5 milligrams in per liter concentration water,the removal rate of Lead and Cadmium ion from concentrated water of reverse osmosis reached maximum,that is 98.2% and 95.8%. The quality of treated concentrated water can reach Surface Water Three Categories Standard. Furthermore, the researched method is characterized by low energy consumption, simple reliable and stable operation. The expenses of treating concentrated water was 4Yuan per dun.
