Abstract: |
A polyimide (PI) ultrafiltration membrane was successfully fabricated by non-solvent induced phase separation (NIPS) and chemical imidization (CI) in this paper. Firstly the polyamic acid(PAA)membrane was prepared by NIPS, and then the PI membrane was obtained by CI of PAA membrane under low temperature. The effects of PAA dosage on the viscosity of casting solution, the structure and separation performance of membrane were respectively studied. The results showed that the viscosity and rejection rate increased and the flux declined with the increasing PAA concentration. Meanwhile, orthogonal experiment was adopted to study the effects of PAA dosage, PEG dosage and molecular weight on the properties of membranes. The optimal combination was identified as 15% PAA、8% PEG 2000 trough analysis. |
