Abstract:
The polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) flat membrane was hydrophilic modified by the post-cross linked reaction of polyacrylic acid (PAA) with bisamino organosilicone 9300 and used in the treatment of crystal grinding wastewater. The effects of 9300 concentrations, PAA / 9300 mass ratio, reaction temperature and time on the morphology, the surface chemical structure, hydrophilicity and separation performance of PTFE flat membrane were investigated. The results show that the membrane fibers are smoother and have been found few particles, and the N, O and Si elements appeared on the surface and cross section of the modified membrane. The hydrophilic groups such as carboxyl group and amino group appeared on the surface of the membrane. The surface contact angle of the modified PTFE membrane was from 136±2.1° to 30.35±1.3°, crystal grinding wastewater turbidity removal rate of 99.91%, the modification effectively inhibited the pollution of protein adsorption.
