Abstract: |
In this paper, ethylenediamine (EDA) was introduced into the casting solution to promote the elimination reaction of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) molecular chains to form carbon carbon double bond, and then the film was formed by phase separation to obtain a more uniform pore structure on the surface of PVC membranes. The effects of EDA addition, reaction temperature and time on the pore structure and uniformity of PVC membrane surface were studied. The physicochemical structure and distribution of PVC membrane surface were analyzed by atomic force infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. It is found that with the increase of EDA addition, the increase of reaction temperature and reaction time can promote the increase of PVC membrane surface pore size and uniformity. |
