Abstract:
At present, all kinds of  microbial contamination is more and more seious and common, and the research of new antibacterial materials  become a major approach  to solve the problem. Based on this, in this study, an interface with special structure and excellent antibacterial properties was constructed. Firstly, SiO2 nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning using tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as silicon source. Secondly, molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) was loaded onto SiO2 nanofibers by in-situ loading method through hydrothermal reaction, and MoS2@SiO2 nanofibers were prepared. The composition, morphology, antibacterial activity and biocompatibility were analyzed. The results showed that MoS2@SiO2 nanofibers  exhibited excellent antibacterial activity within 15 min, and after 24 h culture, MoS2@SiO2 nanofibers showed long-lasting and broad-spectrum antibacterial properties against E. coli and S. aureus. After 10 times of washing, MoS2@SiO2 nanofibers still maintained good antibacterial activity. In addition, 800.0 mg/mL MoS2@SiO2 nanofibers dispersion showed low cytotoxicity and good biocompatibility with L929 cells. Therefore, this study provides a certain research basis for the study of SiO2 nanofibers, and further broadens the application market of pure inorganic antibacterial fibers.
