Abstract:
 The hydrophilic property and ion-exchange capacity of PE non-woven was improved by sulfonating and hot-pressing technique. The effect of time,temperature and the hot pressure On the property of hydrophilic and ion-exchange capacity of PE were illustrated in detail.The microstructure of PE non-woven was investigated with SEM ,The effect of sulphurating PE non-woven is excellently improved. The result shows that not only the hydrophilic property and ion-exchange capacity of PE non-woven is excellently improved but also the original stretch intensity and corrosion resistance of PE non-woven is well retained when the sulphuration temperature is 85 ℃,time is 2 h and hot-pressed pressure is 8MPa .
