以己二酸二甲酯的连续合成为目标反应,考察渗透汽化膜反应过程中的反应温度、进料流量、渗透汽化膜面积、进料中醇酸摩尔比等主要参数对己二酸转化率的影响。实验表明:温度越高,进料流量越小,膜面积越大,进料中醇酸比越高,酯化反应转化率越高;在醇酸比为4,流量0.24ml/min,膜面积291.6 cm2,反应温度60℃条件下,酯化反应转化率可达到99.2%。 |
With the continuous synthesis of dimethyl adipate as a target reaction system, the effects of the major operating and apparatus parameters, such as temperature, flow rate, membrane area and feed molar ratio of alcohol to acid, were investigated. It was found from experimental results that high temperature, small feed flow rate, large membrane area and high molar ratio of alcohol to acid are favorable to the conversion ratio of adipic acid. When the parameters are kept at a molar ratio of alcohol to acid of 4, temperature of 60℃, feed flow rate of 0.24ml/min and membrane area of 291.6 cm2, the conversion ratio of the esterification process can be raised to 99.2% |
