渗透汽化在丙酮-丁醇发酵制备燃料丁醇中的研究进展

摘要:
20世纪末的能源危机和环境问题促使人们对生物质发酵制备燃料丁醇的探索和研究,其中渗透汽化膜分离技术因其高效、节能、环保、便于和发酵过程耦合等优点,在燃料丁醇制备的过程中发挥着重要的作用。本文综述了用于生物质发酵制备燃料丁醇过程中的渗透汽化疏水膜和亲水膜的研究进展,对丙酮-丁醇发酵-渗透汽化耦合工艺进行了综述和分析,并对该领域未来的发展趋势进行了展望。
At the last of 20th century, energy crisis and environmental protection promote the research on bio-butanol production from biomass fermentation. Owing to its separation efficiency, energy-saving, environmental friendly and convenient for coupling with fermentation, pervaporation separation technology plays an important role in the bio-butanol production process. Therefore, this paper reviewed the hydrophobic and hydrophilic pervaporation membranes used for bio-butanol production, as well as the ABE fermentation-pervaporation coupled process, and finally the future trend in this field were prospected.
