集成膜分离技术在污(废)水深度处理中的研究进展

摘要:
膜分离技术由于其低能耗、处理过程无相变、无污染、分离效率高、维护简单、以及匹配性强等优点,已广泛应用于化工、电力、电子、医药、生物、食品饮料、环保、市政以及其它行业和领域。膜分离技术包括微滤、超滤、纳滤、反渗透、电渗析、气体分离、渗透汽化、蒸汽渗透、膜蒸馏、乳化液膜分离等。集成膜分离技术是将这些单元膜技术有机搭配,发挥各自的最佳性能,从而获得最优的处理或分离效果。本文主要介绍了由微滤(MF)、超滤(UF)、纳滤(NF)和反渗透(RO)等经有机搭配而组成的集成膜分离技术在污(废)水深度处理及回用中的研究情况,并指出膜技术今后的研究方向。
Because of membrane separation technology has the advantages such as low power consumption, no phase change in progress, no pollution, high separation efficiency, easy maintenance, strong match, and so on, it has been widely used in chemical, electrical, electronic, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food and beverage, environmental protection, municipal and other industries and fields. Membrane separation technology includes microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis, electrodialysis, gas separation, pervaporation, vapor permeation, membrane distillation and emulsion liquid membrane separation, and so on. Integrated membrane separation technology is organic combination by one or more of these membrane technologies, and play to their best performance to get the best treatment or separation effect. This paper mainly introduced the progress of research in advanced treatment and reuse sewage or wastewater with integrated membrane separation technology, which consists of microfiltration; ultrafiltration; nanofiltration and reverse osmosis. At the end, this paper pointed out the directions for future research about membrane technology.
