长流程反渗透系统的有机、无机及络合污染分析

摘要:
通过对长流程反渗透工艺系统在线监测的运行试验分析,比较了有机、无机及络合污染对应系统给水压力、透盐率、膜压降及膜通量等参数的变化规律,明确了硫酸钙污染与腐殖酸污染对于膜系统运行参数的影响,特别是指出了腐殖酸与钙离子构成的络合污染对于系统的危害。
Through the analysis of online monitoring running test on a long process reverse osmosis system, the variations of the membrane parameters such as feed water pressure, salt permeability, pressure drop and membrane flux in organic, inorganic and complex pollution were compared.The influence of membrane system operating parameters by calcium sulfate pollution and humic acid pollution were defined, system damage caused by the composition of humic acid complexation with calcium ions were pointed out in particular.
