硅藻土错流动态膜工艺处理淮河原水的运行特性研究

摘要:
采用硅藻土错流动态膜过程直接处理淮河原水,考察商品硅藻土在不同投加量、不同附加剂配合条件下动态膜的成膜效果、出水浊度和膜通量变化。研究结果表明,采用商品硅藻土和聚合氯化铝附加剂动态膜成膜较好;继续在动态膜过滤过程中不断加入0.25mg/L聚合氯化铝,出水浊度可以稳定在0.25 NTU或以下。错流可以适当延缓硅藻土动态膜通量衰减。
This paper discusses the cross-flow diatomaceous earth pre-coated dynamic membrane process in treating the Huaihe raw water directly. It attempts to evaluate the quality of dynamic membrane formation by testing the turbidity of the filtrate and the variation of flux under the condition of different dosing quantities of diatomite and different kinds of additive. The results show that the use of diatomite, combined with PAC as additive to the pre-coat, produces a high-quality of dynamic membrane. Continued addition of 0.25mg/L PAC during the whole process can reduce the filtrate turbidity to 0.25NTU; additionally, a low membrane flux drop is maintained.
