膜间差异和总气进出位置对其并联效果之影响 |

同一批空分膜组件性能也总有差异,平面式并联方式被广泛采用,为了弄清并联时总气进出口位置和膜组件间的性能差异对其使用效果有无影响,特展开试验研究。试验数据分析表明,不论空分膜组件间的性能有无差异,平面并联时总气进出位置对其产氮效果有影响,在膜组件之外的同一侧时产氮效果最好,浓度高时比在最差位置时的产氮效果提高10%以上,且其变化都会导致各膜组件的产氮浓度和流量的变化,但最终并联结果有的变而有的不变;立体(均布)并联并不比平面并联的好,工程设计上不必考虑这种方式;空分膜组件间的性能差异相对越大,优者被劣者性能抑制越严重,并联的实际结果离理想的越远,尤其是在产氮浓度高时更显著。 关键词: |
There was always some capacity difference each other even if the air-separating membrane modules belonged to the same passel from a manufacturer. The planar parallel connection of modules was adopted widely. So experiment was used to verify if the result of this connection was influenced by the capacity difference and total influx & efflux location. Analyses of experimental data had shown as follows: the location affected the nitrogen-generating result whether or not there was difference, and when it was at the same side beyond modules, the result was the best so that at high N2 concentration the N2 flow-rate could be over 10 percent higher than that at the worst location, and its change would resulted in that of N2 concentration and flow–rate of every module, but some of the final results of this connection had changed ,and another had not. Dimensional symmetrical parallel connection was not better than the planar one so as to be ignored in engineering design. The greater the relative difference would be, the more seriously the capacities of the superior modules would be restrained by inferior ones and the deeper the gap between the factual result and ideal one would be, the more remarkable in particular at high N2 concentration. |
