为提高反渗透(RO)膜的使用性能,实现膜运行参数的最优配置,在RO膜基本结构及分离原理分析的基础上,做出了合理的假设,提出了标准抽象膜单元的概念,抽象出了离子透射率理论推导原理图,利用非相对论量子力学有关原理,推导了理想状态下的离子空间分布概率方程及数值解和离子的透射率计算公式,并求解了Ca2+和Na+的透射率,解释了实际分离过程中两种离子去除率不同的问题。 |
The concept of standard mathematics membrane was defined and the transmission figure for theoretical derivation of RO membrane was introduced on the study of the basic structure and separation principle of RO membrane in order to improving its performance and optimizing the conditions of the membrane better. The analytical solution and ion transmission rate calculation formulas was given respectively. It is necessary to investigate cyclone separators on the new demand through the result of transmission with the different reflectance of Ca2+ and Na+. |
