本文研究了CuO烧结助剂对陶瓷膜支撑体烧成温度的影响,通过DSC、XRD、SEM、三点弯曲法研究了样品的物相组成、微观形貌、抗折强度和纯水通量以及用自制装置对孔隙率进行了表征。研究结果表明:当烧结温度为1100℃时,支撑体内生成CuAl2O4尖晶石相,可提高氧化铝陶瓷的机械强度(55.82MPa)。在体积分数为10% HCl溶液和1mol/L NaOH溶液中质量损失分别为1.82%和0.68%。) |
The influence of the support sintering temperature is studied in the paper by adding copper oxide sintering aids, DSC、XRD、SEM,、The point bending method and self-made device are used to research phase composition、microstructure、rupture strength、pure water flux and porosity. Results show: the support produce CuAl2O4,which can enhance mechanical strength of aluminum oxide ceramics (55.82MPa) when sintering temperature rise to 1100℃; quality loss is 1.82% and 0.68%,respectively in the 10% volume fraction HCl and in the 1mol/L NaOH. |
