热法PVDF中空纤维超滤膜在市政自来水深度处理中的应用

摘要:
 本文介绍了膜法在上海某水厂饮用水处理的工程应用情况。项目采用浸没式超滤系统,膜产品是热致相分离法生产的PVDF中空纤维膜,系统的产水量为7500m3/d,膜的设计通量为25L/(m2h)。该系统连续运行了近两个月,膜的跨膜压差保持在2~3KPa,产水浊度小于0.03NTU。反洗频率为16次/天,反洗时间为90s,维护性清洗周期为14天,吨水电耗为0.02度。工程实践证明,公司所研发的PVDF中空纤维超滤膜产品,具有强度高、通量大、抗污染性能好,性价比优于国内外同类产品,适合在市政饮用水深度处理中应用。
 The application of membrane separation technology in the project of a water factory in Shanghai was introduced. Submerged ultrafiltration system and PVDF hollow fiber membrane prepared via thermally induced phase separation technology were used in the project. The system was designed with water productivity of 7500m3/d and the design membrane flux of 25L/(m2h). During the continuous operation of the system in 50 days, the transmembrane pressure was 2~3KPa and the turbidity of producing water was 0.03NTU. Backwashing frequency was 16 times per day and backwashing time was 90s. The maintenance cleaning period was 14d. The electricity consumption per ton of water was 0.02KWh. The fact proved that Company products of PVDF hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane products exhibited the advantages of high strength, large flux and strong antifouling, suggesting higher performance price ratio than foreign products, which can be applied in the advanced treatment of municipal drinking water.
