膜蒸馏用膜的疏水性是关系到出水品质和过程运行稳定性的关键。本文系统总结了本课题组采用CF4等离子体对现有的亲疏水膜材料进行疏水改性的研究进展,展示了CF4等离子体的改性机理、及疏水改性膜的直接接触式膜蒸馏过程的性能等;并对超疏水改性对膜性能影响的机理进行了探索,发现(超)疏水改性可提高膜蒸馏过程的有效蒸发面积,从而提高膜蒸馏过程的热效率和通量,为制备高性能新型蒸馏膜材料提供了新思路。 |
Hydrophobicity of the membrane is a key factor for the membrane distillation process that affects product water quality and operation stability. This paper summarized the research progress of our research group on CF4 plasma modification of hydrophilic (UF and MF) and hydrophobic membranes for direct contact membrane distillation (DCMD). The mechanism of CF4 plasma modification is illustrated as well as its impact on the performance and characteristics of originally hydrophilic and hydrophobic membranes. The effect of (super)hydrophobicity was proposed as it can increase the effective evaporation area and consequently increase the flux and energy efficiency in the DCMD process. |
