连续式平板刮膜机的制备及应用研究

摘要:
应用非溶剂致相法,通过自主设计研发的平板刮膜机制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)成品膜。为提高PVDF超滤膜的综合性能,本研究以聚乙二醇(PEG)为成孔剂,以二氧化钛(TiO2)为添加剂,系统研究了PVDF固含量、成孔剂种类和含量以及TiO2纳米颗粒对PVDF超滤膜的微观形态以及通量和截留率的影响。结果表明,当PVDF固含量为22wt.%,PEG-6000含量为17.5wt.%,并且添加0.5wt.%TiO2所制备的成品膜具有较高的综合性能,其纯水通量可达1030L/(m^2?h?bar),对胃蛋白酶的截留率可达76%。
With Non-solvent induced phase method, poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) membranes were made by self-designed Flat Membrane Casting Equipment.In order to improve the comprehensive performance of the PVDF ultrafiltration membranes, this research used polyethylene glycol and titanium dioxide nanoparticles as additive, and studied the microstructure morphology, flux and pepsin resistance of PVDF ultrafiltration membranes with different doses of PVDF, PEG and TiO2 as the modifier.According to the results, the excellent membrane can be get with 22wt. % PVDF, 17.5wt.% PEG-6000 and 0.5wt.% TiO2 nanoparticles as additive, which flux and pepsinresistance have reached 1030(L/m2•h•bar) and 76.0%.
