螺旋导流膜分离器中流体流动特性研究

摘要:
为减少膜分离中的浓差极化和膜污染,本文提出了一种新型的膜分离组件,螺旋导流膜分离器。通过数值模拟确定了螺旋导流膜分离器的最小工作状态,并从螺旋导流膜分离器中流体流动的轴向速度、周向速度、壁面剪切应力和压力等流场特性分析,对其分离机理有了较为全面、深入的认识。
 
To reduce the membrane separation of concentration polarization and membrane fouling, this paper proposes a novel membrane separation module, spiral membrane separator. By numerical simulation,the minimum working conditions of spiral membrane separator is determined, and analysis the axial velocity of fluid flow, the circumferential velocity, the wall shear stress and pressure characteristics of the spiral membrane separator,deeply and comprehensively understand the separation mechanism.
