粉体颗粒参数对多孔陶瓷支撑体性能的影响研究

摘要:
 分别采用三种规则形状的氧化铝为骨料,添加一定量的烧结助剂,通过干压成型法制备多孔支撑体. 考察了粉体颗粒参数(形状、粒径分布)对支撑体机械性能、微结构以及渗透性能的影响. 研究表明:以椭球形氧化铝为骨料,添加0.6wt.%的烧结助剂,1600℃烧成的多孔陶瓷膜支撑体三点弯曲强度达到80MPa以上,孔径为3.34 μm,孔隙率为34.8%,纯水渗透率在50 m3• m-1•h-1•bar-1以上. 
 A porous supportconsisting of spherical or ellipsoidal alumina as aggregate and a certain number of sintering aids was prepared by dry-pressing process. The effect of parameters of powder particle(particle shape,particle size distribution) on the porous support was investigated. The support, comprising ellipsoidal alumina as aggregate and 0.6wt.% of sintering aids, sintered at 1600℃,possessed great potential application with 3.34μm in pore size,34.8% open porosity as well as >80 MPa mechanical strength. The pure water flux value was above 50 m3• m-2•h-1•bar-1.
