联苯酚基聚芳酯疏松纳滤膜的制备及其性能 |

设计合成了具有非平面构型的6,6'-OH-2,2'-BIPOL单体,将其与均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)在聚丙烯腈(PAN)基膜表面界面聚合,制备了2,2'-联苯酚基聚芳酯(hydroxyl-BIPOL/PAN)疏松纳滤复合膜。考察了界面聚合时间对hydroxyl-BIPOL/PAN复合膜形貌以及分离性能的影响。结果表明,基于2,2'-联苯酚基聚芳酯(hydroxyl-BIPOL/TMC)分离层独特的非平面构型,该复合膜表现出高的纯水渗透通量和对盐/染料的优异筛分性能。hydroxyl-BIPOL/PAN-5复合膜的纯水渗透通量高达62.9 L m-2 h-1 bar-1,对碱性蓝26染料的截留率为99.7%,对MgSO4的截留率仅为16.9%。证实了2,2'-联苯酚基衍生物适用于制备高渗透选择性疏松纳滤膜,拓展了用于制备下一代高性能薄层复合(TFC)纳滤膜的预聚物单体的设计思路。 |
A high-flux loose nanofiltration (LNF) membrane was fabricated by synthesizing 6,6'-OH-2,2'-BIPOL with a non-planar configuration as aqueous phase monomer to react with trimesoyl chloride (TMC) via interfacial polymerization on a polyacrylonitrile (PAN) ultrafiltration membrane. The separation layer of 2,2'-biphenol-based polyarylate (hydroxyl-BIPOL/TMC) possessed a loose structure due to its unique non-planar configuration. The effect of interfacial polymerization time on the morphology and the separation performance of this hydroxyl-BIPOL/PAN composite membrane was investigated. The hydroxyl-BIPOL/PAN-5 composite membrane exhibited high pure water permeation flux of 62.9 L m-2 h-1 bar-1 and excellent sieving performance for salts/dyes (the rejections of BB26 dye and MgSO4 were 99.7% and 16.9%, respectively). It is confirmed that 2,2'-biphenol-based derivatives are suitable for the preparation of the LNF membranes with a high permselectivity, which expands the design ideas of prepolymer monomers for the preparation of next-generation high-performance thin-film composite LNF membranes. |
