磺化热压P无纺布的性能研究 |

摘要: |
利用磺化反应及热压处理改善聚乙烯(PE)无纺布的亲水性和离子交换能力,讨论了时间、温度、热压压力等不同反应条件对PE亲水性及离子交换能力的影响,在KYKY型电子显微镜下观察了纤维微观形貌,磺化后PE无纺布表面磺化效果明显。实验结果表明,在反应温度为85℃,反应时间为2h的磺化反应条件及热压压力为8MPa条件下,不仅PE无纺布的亲水性和离子交换能力得到了显著的改善,而且拉伸性能和耐腐蚀性能得到了较好的保留。 |
The hydrophilic property and ion-exchange capacity of PE non-woven was improved by sulfonating and hot-pressing technique. The effect of time,temperature and the hot pressure On the property of hydrophilic and ion-exchange capacity of PE were illustrated in detail.The microstructure of PE non-woven was investigated with SEM ,The effect of sulphurating PE non-woven is excellently improved. The result shows that not only the hydrophilic property and ion-exchange capacity of PE non-woven is excellently improved but also the original stretch intensity and corrosion resistance of PE non-woven is well retained when the sulphuration temperature is 85 ℃,time is 2 h and hot-pressed pressure is 8MPa . |
